the Private Lending Program
We have developed a full
range of services that facilitate loans between relatives,
friends and other private persons. Our services reduce
the financial risk, administrative burdens and interpersonal
issues that often stand in the way of these private
loans. We make the process easy, secure and understandable.
We will help the borrower
and lender choose loan terms, document the loan, close
the loan, record and give notice of the loan, and we
will service the loan after it’s made for the
benefit of the private lender. We provide lenders and
borrowers with prompt information on their loans and
prompt and secure processing of their loan payments.
We send out coupon booklets and bills, collect payments,
manage payment ledgers, appropriately post and apply
payments and escrows, and provide reports that the borrower,
lender and their financial advisors need, such as year-end
tax statements, escrow reporting, and collateral monitoring
reports. We take care of the insurance and tax issues
attendant to the loan and its collateral. We close and
service a wide variety of private loans for our clients,
including personal loans, business loans, private mortgages,
and seller-financing transactions.
